The Neurodivergent Hub for adults aged 18+

Support That Fits How You Think

The Neurodivergent Hub offers practical support for adults whose thinking, attention, communication, energy or sensory needs do not always fit the systems around them. You may be diagnosed, waiting for ADHD or autism assessment, wondering whether neurodivergence is relevant, choosing not to use a label, or simply looking for tools that work better for you.

No diagnosis is required. Using the Hub does not mean that you are autistic, have ADHD or meet criteria for any condition. The principle is simple: support by need, not by label.

  • Adults aged 18+
  • No diagnosis required
  • Practical everyday support
  • You remain in control

Start with the thing that is hard today

You do not have to complete an assessment or explain your whole life before using a tool. You might start because a project has stalled, work is draining you, words are difficult in the moment, routines keep breaking down or everything feels like too much.

The Hub is modular. Choose one relevant area, use as much or as little as you want and return later. There are no forced daily check-ins and a fluctuating level of capacity is not treated as failure.

  • Get unstuck and identify a manageable next action
  • Preserve context so unfinished work is easier to re-enter
  • Communicate in writing, visually or with prepared messages
  • Reduce sensory, cognitive or emotional load
  • Understand work preferences and prepare workplace conversations
  • Organise practical everyday needs without doing everything at once

Completion without continuous attention

Changing attention does not have to erase progress. Completion Lab helps members keep the purpose, decisions, stage and next step of a project together. When attention returns, there is a clearer place to begin.

The free Help Me Get Unstuck experience offers a smaller introduction: name what you are trying to return to and identify one useful next action. It requires no account and stores nothing you type.

Communication that does not depend on speech

Communication My Way offers written and visual choices, short cards, phone displays and reusable preferences. It can help when you know what you want to say but speech is difficult, slow or unavailable under pressure.

At work, Work Fit & Speak Up helps organise your own observations for a manager or HR conversation. It does not create accusations, decide blame or tell you to resign.

Regulation and practical everyday support

Regulate & Reset offers options for sensory, cognitive and emotional overload, basic body needs, recovery and transitions. Breathing and meditation are available only as choices; there are also movement, grounding, quieter-environment and distraction options.

Other Hub areas support food planning, money, benefits information, low-capacity days and routines. Support Circle lets a person share selected practical information with chosen people without giving anyone access to the whole Hub.

A practical Hub, not a clinical service

The Hub does not assess, diagnose or provide medical treatment. It does not replace healthcare, employment advice, education advice, social-care advice or emergency support. It is designed to sit alongside appropriate professional and personal support.

You remain the author of your goals, values, decisions and words. Personalised features can help structure what you provide, but they should not be treated as facts or professional conclusions. Review and edit anything before using it.

Questions people ask

Do I need a diagnosis?

No diagnosis is required. The Hub supports adults aged 18+ according to what is difficult or helpful now, not according to a label.

Is this an ADHD or autism assessment?

No. The Hub does not screen for, assess or diagnose any condition.

Can it help with work?

Yes. It includes practical reflection on work fit, communication, return to work and preparing conversations.

Can this replace medical care?

No. It is practical self-support and should not replace assessment, treatment or urgent care.

Can someone support me without seeing everything?

Yes. Support Circle uses user-controlled, limited sharing; it does not give a supporter whole-Hub access.
