Support Circle & delegated access terms

Person-led, carer-supported. You decide who sees what.

In plain English

  • You control who is invited to your Support Circle.
  • Invited carers and support people do not get access to the Hub. They get a separate restricted page.
  • They see only the areas you have explicitly ticked for them.
  • You can change, pause or remove access at any time, and it takes effect immediately.
  • Daily notes expire automatically at the time you choose, so a hard day does not become a permanent assumption.

What support people can never reach

  • Private journals and saved reflections
  • The Completion Lab and your projects
  • Private AI conversations
  • Health history
  • Anything else in the Hub
  • Research participation information
  • Account and billing settings

What we ask of support people

If someone has invited you into their Support Circle: use what they share only to support them, keep it confidential, and keep any notes you leave factual — what you did, what is outstanding, what they asked you to remember. Not your interpretation of how they seemed.

The person can see everything you write, and can remove your access at any time without explanation.

Responsibility

The Support Circle is a communication tool. It is not a care record, a care plan, or a substitute for an organisation's own record-keeping and safeguarding duties.
