Health & AI disclaimer

What this Hub is, and what it is not.

In plain English

  • The Hub does not diagnose autism, ADHD, AuDHD or any other condition.
  • Using the Hub, or finding it helpful, does not establish that you are neurodivergent.
  • AI tools here provide structured support and information. They do not provide clinical diagnosis or medical advice.
  • The Hub does not replace a GP, psychologist, psychiatrist, therapist, emergency service or any other qualified professional.
  • If you have a health concern, please seek appropriate professional support.
  • The Hub must not be used in an emergency.

About the AI tools

AI features take what you have written and help organise, summarise or suggest a next step. They reflect your own words back to you; they do not assess, score or classify you, and they are told never to comment on whether you may have any condition.

AI can be wrong. Treat every suggestion as a starting point you are free to reject.

Recognising patterns is not a diagnosis

You may recognise patterns here that help you make sense of yourself. That can be genuinely useful, and it is not the same as a clinical diagnosis. Whether you seek an assessment is entirely your decision.

If you need urgent help

This is not an emergency service and nobody monitors what you write. See the urgent help page for where to go instead.
