Terms of use

The agreement between you and us when you use the Hub.

In plain English

  • This version of the Neurodivergent Hub is for adults aged 18 and over.
  • The Hub is a support and information service. It is not a diagnostic or medical treatment service.
  • Your account is yours. What you write belongs to you. We do not claim ownership of it.
  • Use the Hub for your own support. Do not use it to harm, harass or mislead anyone.

Eligibility

You must be 18 or over to create an account. You are asked to confirm this before your account is created. A pathway for children and young people is not part of this release.

Your account

Sign-in links are sent to your email address. Keep access to that address secure, and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

Permitted use

Use the Hub for your own support and, where you choose, to coordinate support with people you invite. Support people invited to a Support Circle may use what is shared with them only to support that person.

Prohibited use

  • Attempting to reach another person's account or shared areas without their invitation.
  • Uploading unlawful material, or material you have no right to share.
  • Using the Hub to harass, abuse or impersonate anyone.
  • Interfering with the service, its security, or other people's use of it.
  • Reselling or redistributing the Hub or its content.

Membership

Paid memberships and organisation-granted access unlock the same Hub. Details of price, billing and cancellation are on the subscription page.

Service availability

We aim to keep the Hub available and working, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, faults and third-party outages can interrupt the service.

Intellectual property and your content

The design, text and tools of the Hub belong to us. What you write remains yours; you give us only the permission needed to store it and show it to you and to the people you have chosen to share it with.

AI-supported features

Some tools use AI to organise and reflect what you have written. AI output can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable. It is a suggestion, never an instruction, and never a clinical opinion. Check anything important before acting on it.

Limitations

The Hub is a support and information service. It does not diagnose, treat or manage any condition, and it does not replace professional advice. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made on the basis of information in the Hub.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or end access where these terms are broken or where required by law. You can close your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be shown in the Hub before they take effect.

ADMIN: COMPLETE BEFORE LAUNCH — confirm governing law and jurisdiction, the legal entity name, and the notice period for material changes.
