Support by need, not by label
Support That Helps — With or Without a Diagnosis
You do not need a formal diagnosis to notice that some situations take more effort than they seem to take for other people. You may be waiting for an assessment, wondering whether ADHD or autism could be relevant, choosing not to use a label, or simply looking for practical ways to make life work better.
The Neurodivergent Hub starts with the difficulty in front of you. It does not decide what that difficulty means about you. You can use what helps and leave what does not.
- Adults aged 18+
- No diagnosis required
- Practical, private tools
- Use only what feels relevant
You can start with what is difficult now
A long assessment wait can create an unhelpful pause: you recognise that something is difficult, but feel you should wait for an explanation before trying support. Everyday needs do not have to wait. A clearer way to prepare a conversation, a smaller first step or a quieter way to reset can be useful whatever the reason behind the difficulty.
You might want support with starting or finishing tasks, keeping track of ideas, communicating when words are hard to find, dealing with overload, managing routines or understanding why work is draining. These are experiences, not proof of a diagnosis.
What practical support can look like
Useful support often reduces the demand around a task rather than asking you to push harder. It might preserve where you stopped, turn a large job into one useful next action, help you write down what you need, or give you several regulation options instead of insisting on one technique.
The Hub brings these kinds of tools together. Completion Lab supports returning to unfinished work. Communication My Way offers written and visual alternatives when speaking is difficult. Regulate & Reset offers low-demand choices for overload. Work Fit & Speak Up helps you understand and communicate workplace difficulties without assuming who is at fault.
Who this may suit
This may suit you if you are diagnosed, waiting for ADHD or autism assessment, considering whether to seek an assessment, or do not identify with a diagnostic label. It may also suit you if ordinary productivity advice has felt too rigid, too demanding or poorly matched to how your attention and energy change.
The Hub is non-diagnostic and is not medical treatment. It does not replace an assessment, healthcare or urgent support. Its role is narrower and practical: helping you respond to a real-life need in a way that respects your autonomy.
