My Brain, My Way

A self-reflection and personalisation tool. It builds a picture of the conditions in which you think and work best, and the hub then uses it to shape summaries, next steps and task plans around you.

This is not an assessment, screening or diagnostic tool. There is no score, and it will never tell you that you have — or don't have — any condition. Each question is simply asking "is this something you experience?" — answer only what's useful, skip the rest, and change anything later.

You may recognise patterns here that help you make sense of yourself. That can be useful, but it is not the same as a clinical diagnosis.

You can note the patterns you recognise, save the strategies that help, and mark where you would like more support. Whether you ever seek professional advice or an assessment is entirely your decision, and nothing here depends on it.

Being capable does not mean you never need support.

You may work, study, parent, run a business, hold qualifications and live independently, and still find executive function, sensory load, communication, transitions, emotional regulation, task completion or daily living genuinely hard at times. Both things are true at once. Support needs are individual, and they can be different from one situation to the next.
