Being capable does not mean every work environment will allow you to use that capability well.

Is the role fixable as it stands?

Would a small adjustment make a major difference?

Is the organisation the problem?

Is the role itself the problem?

Is the working pattern the problem?

Are there development opportunities here?

Is it worth exploring alternatives while still employed?
